I found the vehicle I wanted online and came to drive it at ClearShift dealership. John was my salesman and he was professional, helpful, and didn't waste my time which I really appreciate. I was able to drive it (twice on two different days) and both times the vehicle was outside, clean, ready to drive. There was no pressure, only information and with help from Mason (the local Jeep expert) I felt comfortable with knowing what I was buying. When the day came to buy, John filled out everything beforehand so I could drive away with my Jeep in as little time as possible. I can't say I've ever had a better car-buying experience. If I could give ClearShift more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Scotty and Gram were seriously THE BEST. They helped my sister get into a vehicle she honestly didn’t think she would be able to afford or even get approved for. This whole experience became such a testimony for her. We prayed, we kept the faith, and God came through! Scotty worked incredibly hard on her behalf with the bank, and then suddenly, APPROVED! 🙌🏽 What a blessing! And I have to mention something that truly touched us: the Bible scripture on the service sticker. ❤️ When have you EVER seen that at a dealership?! It was such an unexpected and uplifting detail. That alone told me there was something different about this place. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, kind, and genuine. The atmosphere was wonderful. There was no pressure, no uncomfortable sales tactics, and no feeling like we were being pushed into something. That was such a refreshing change from experiences I’ve had at other dealerships. I genuinely love the way we were treated. Scotty and Gram made us feel like people, not just another sale, and that means more than they probably realize. What my sister thought was impossible became possible, and we walked away grateful, excited, and honestly still amazed. This experience was so much bigger than buying a car for us.
