We just purchased a 2022 f-150 through Michael yesterday and our experience was great from start to finish! After a few different test drives and lots of jokes, Michael and Troy helped us find just the right fit and made the process seamless! We will definitely be using ClearShift again for our next purchase!

After a month or so of searching I found the Goldilocks vehicle that checked all of the boxes of what I wanted at ClearShift in Highlands Ranch. I didn’t know what to expect from an independent dealer but when I arrived it’s a nice new building with a big inventory of clean, late model well optioned vehicles. Zach Crandall was my sales associate and handled everything professionally as did everyone else involved. The vehicle i went to look at checked out in every way and I drove it home that day.

Great commitment to customer satisfaction and Im not easy to impress. All in all my experience with the dealership was definitely a positive one. We bought a vehicle from them sight unseen from out of state, used a small credit union from another state, and had it shipped to our home state. So it was a pretty complex transaction. The original salesperson I dealt with was easy to work with and made the process pretty straightforward and smooth. The vehicle arrived in great shape and in a timely fashion, for a really good price, and was exactly what we wanted. Where they really shined though is a month later my bank was still waiting on title documents and breathing down my neck about it. A salesperson (Randy) who was completely unassociated with my purchase took my call and got it sorted out in excellent time and even followed up with me with copies of the documents they sent my bank which satisfied their requirements.

First off I would like to say thank you so much to Graham and Joey! I ended up purchasing a Mercedes from Clearshift after finding it on car gurus. This was my first out of state purchase of a vehicle. Normally when you are dealing with people in the car industry you’re always wondering what is the catch. With extremely well done work by Graham and Joey I was able to purchase my vehicle from Colorado and with the way they worked there was no catch. The process was very straight forward and they were there to answer every question along the way. He was prompt and did an amazing job answering all my questions. I was comparing multiple dealerships and multiple vehicles that were the same model with slight differences. He kept it honest and straight up with me. He even helped me compare the other vehicles at other dealerships to what they had. He was honest even if that meant it wasn’t necessary in his favor. That’s what got me to do the application and drive up to Highlands Ranch from Colorado Springs to do a test drive. Randy did a very professional pass off to Josh who then facilitated working with the finance manager Tony to get the job done! Josh went above and beyond working the deal with Tony to make sure that everything checked my boxes. They even were willing to get creative to get me the best interest and monthly payment. It’s not often you leave a dealership thinking then I got a better deal than I ever thought I would! But that is the case here at clear shift and it was totally a team effort! They were never pushy and very understanding! And they didn’t play games trying to get one over on me! They gave me options and let me choose which way I wanted to go! I purchased a used Audi back in January. Joey and Angie were fabulous to deal with. Joey took the time to make sure I was able to mechanically inspect the car. Once we had our deal they had me out the door in under an hour. Joey has also provided great post purchase warranty support. Overall very professional and easy to work with dealership.

From an online inquiry the night before to a prompt follow up the next morning. By the end of that day I completed my purchase and it was a great buying experience in the truck buying world. Graham was my main sales guy and was excellent in helping narrow down my options and work out all my pricing. The finance team was great as well. No heavy pressure and fair negotiation all the way. Clearshift in Highlands ranch was amazing. I traveled several states away to purchase a truck I located on their website. It was a deal I could not beat anywhere else. Randy was my point of contact and he did an amazing job. I spoke with several of their employees on site and not once did any of them try to be pushy into sales like a lot of dealerships do. I stress the pushy part because I can not stand when salesman are like that, but clearshift was 100% different in the best way possible. Thank you guys. 10/10 recommend

Michael helped make everything a great and smooth process, loved the truck I ended up getting. Overall a great dealer to work with.

My son loves his truck and they have continued to help with repairs as the diesel def system has been troublesome. Other than that, he really likes it. Don’t buy a newer diesel truck, its cost a lot to repair several times with the dumb def system the government now requires. Other than that, Clear Shift has been great.

I’m a little late on my review, but I was very pleased with my purchase. Angie was very helpful with getting me my purchase at a financial place that was manageable for my current situation! She was very kind and empathetic! Ryan from the service was mechanically inclined and provided info on any questions I had regarding the truck I wanted to purchase. I did have a rock lodged in the truck making a loud sound. I asked for help from Joey, and their mechanic shop instantly got me in to address the issue, no hassle! I met with the mechanics with the issue. I asked questions about things I would like to do to the truck and got plenty of information. I look forward to building a relation with the service team. They were also very helpful with knowledge. Overall I felt very taken care of. Thank you all!!

We were pre approved but still had issues at the dealership. New vehicle was not cleaned vacuumed out and empty tank. That is how we picked up our new $50k plus explorer
